Contemporary Craftsman
Originally an 1,100 square foot home in Long Beach, this home remodel included demolition down to the foundation, expansion of the first floor, and addition of a second floor for a finished home totaling over 3,000 square feet. We also constructed a new two-car garage and a driveway of pavers.
Contemporary Spanish
This custom home built in a contemporary Spanish style was constructed in Fullerton California. The custom remodel included the addition of 800 square feet and a three-car garage with ten-foot ceilings. Finishes included custom cabinetry, natural stone floors and countertops, high ceilings, and a covered patio with stained ceilings.
Whole House Remodel
For this whole house remodel in Long Beach California, the home’s entire interior was gutted. Sixty percent of the first-floor bearing walls were eliminated and replaced with steel beams and columns. The renovation included custom cabinetry of white oak, marble and quarts countertops, and all new flooring and painting throughout the home. Windows were replaced as were the millwork, exterior deck, and railing.
